Producers at Wilmot Field Day 2026 wanted more time with internationally recognised grazing educator, Dr Allen Williams. So this spring, we’re taking the WFD experience on the road.
These one-day workshops put you in the paddock with Allen, working through real grazing decisions on host farms closer to home.
The paddock is the classroom. Real livestock. Real pasture. Real seasonal pressure. Real decisions you can use tomorrow.
Each workshop runs from 9am, led by Allen alongside an Atlas Grazing specialist and the host farm’s manager.

Dr Allen Williams
Dr Allen Williams is an internationally recognised regenerative agriculture educator and consultant with deep experience in livestock production, adaptive grazing and systems-based agriculture.
Through Libertas Land, he works with producers to improve profitability, soil health, ecosystem function and resilience through practical regenerative management.
