Producers at Wilmot Field Day 2026 wanted more time with internationally recognised grazing educator, Dr Allen Williams. So this spring, we’re taking the WFD experience on the road.
This one-day workshop puts you in the paddock with Allen, working through real grazing decisions on a host farm closer to home.

Dr Allen Williams
Lead facilitator · Libertas Land · Grazing and livestock management
Dr Allen Williams is an internationally recognised regenerative agriculture educator and consultant with deep experience in livestock production, adaptive grazing and systems-based agriculture. Through Libertas Land, he works with producers to improve profitability, soil health, ecosystem function and resilience through practical regenerative management. Allen will lead the workshop series with a focus on grazing decision-making, livestock performance, pasture recovery and applying regenerative principles in real paddock conditions.
Bart Davidson
Atlas Grazing + Atlas Carbon · Farm data & grazing planning
Bart Davidson is Chief Grazing Officer with Atlas Grazing and an experienced agricultural consultant with a strong background in agronomy, plant nutrition, grazing management and soil carbon. He works with producers to use farm data, grazing planning and practical decision frameworks to improve productivity, profitability and long-term landscape outcomes. Bart will support the workshop series by helping producers connect grazing decisions with measurable soil, pasture, carbon and business outcomes.
Shane Curtis
Host · Group Operations Manager, Wilmot Cattle Co.
Shane Curtis will host the Wilmot workshop. He oversees operations across Wilmot Cattle Co’s four properties (Wilmot, Paradise Creek, Woodburn and Morocco), working across grazing management, livestock production, infrastructure, natural capital and the practical adoption of new technology. With extensive experience in grazing businesses across the Central West and Northern NSW, his focus is on applying regenerative grazing principles in a commercially productive cattle operation.
On the day
Most of the day is spent outdoors in the paddock.
