Producers at Wilmot Field Day 2026 wanted more time with internationally recognised grazing educator, Dr Allen Williams. So this spring, we’re taking the WFD experience on the road.
This one-day workshop puts you in the paddock with Allen, working through real grazing decisions on a host farm closer to home.

Dr Allen Williams
Lead facilitator · Libertas Land · Grazing and livestock management
Dr Allen Williams is an internationally recognised regenerative agriculture educator and consultant with deep experience in livestock production, adaptive grazing and systems-based agriculture. Through Libertas Land, he works with producers to improve profitability, soil health, ecosystem function and resilience through practical regenerative management. Allen will lead the workshop series with a focus on grazing decision-making, livestock performance, pasture recovery and applying regenerative principles in real paddock conditions.
Rafe Ritchie
Atlas Grazing + Atlas Carbon · Pasture, grazing & soil carbon advisory
Rafe Ritchie is a Senior Pasture and Grazing Consultant with Atlas Grazing and a respected advisor in grazing land management and agricultural project development. Drawing on experience in on-farm assessments and soil carbon due diligence, Rafe helps producers understand project viability, risks and the importance of accurate field assessment. He will bring practical insights into grazing management, soil carbon and decision-making that de-risks projects for producers.
Shane Curtis
Host · Group Operations Manager, Wilmot Cattle Co.
Shane Curtis will host the Morocco workshop. He oversees operations across Wilmot Cattle Co’s four properties (Wilmot, Paradise Creek, Woodburn and Morocco), working across grazing management, livestock production, infrastructure, natural capital and the practical adoption of new technology. With extensive experience in grazing businesses across the Central West and Northern NSW, his focus is on applying regenerative grazing principles in a commercially productive cattle operation.
On the day
Most of the day is spent outdoors in the paddock.
